Captain Jeremy Fletcher and Chef Caro Uy are a much applauded team whose expertise, skill and devotion to excellence take industry standards to the next level. Their passion for the sea and travels introduced Jez and Caro to the charter world where they gained much experience, most recently aboard Sunreef 70 MUSE. Having cruised extensively through the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Egypt, Israel and Mexico, they have an intimate knowledge of these destinations that they willingly share with their guests.
